We ship USPS First Class 3/4 day on the single and Party Pack orders. For bulk orders including 10-packs, we ship parcel post and can take up to 7-10 business days to reach you, please plan accordingly. We are happy to try to help get your order to you quicker if time allows at your added expense - contact our sales team before placing the order. The USPS does not consider the day that the package was dropped off as part of that time. Generally orders are processed the same business day of receipt and shipped the next business day. During the summer months the last shipment for the week is usually Friday morning first thing.

Note - To keep shipping costs down for you, we only ship with the USPS postal service. They do no offer a tracking number service, please do not contact us asking for one.

If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item (s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.If you then wish us to return the item back to you we will have to bill you for shipping.Please note: We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items.

Shipping errors and re-shipments: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or an undeliverable address, the shipping charges will be re-invoiced and payment must be made before the items will be shipped again. Please make sure to check your shipping address!
